You’ll apply to be part of one volunteer team. Each team has different requirements including, skills, qualifications and minimum hours worked. You’ll be able to browse detailed information about each team before you fill in the application form.
During the application you’ll select your preferred shifts. This gives you the option to choose when and where you want to work. Shifts range from 3 to 9 hours, and are appropriate to the task. If there is a specific artist you want to see be careful to choose shifts that do not clash with their performance times.
Volunteers will be chosen based on their suitability to the teams and shifts they’ve applied for. We love people who are prepared to jump in and help out where needed and who have a willingness to be challenged.
Once you’ve applied, we’ll let you know whether your application has been successful and then begin to send you information about your role.
If you're accepted, you'll be required to do the following by the 15th May:
Fill out a medical survey
The event is in a remote area and the information we collect will only be used to help care for you if you get injured or sick while volunteering. Information is kept strictly confidential and will be deleted after the event.
Provide us with details of a valid credit card
If, after receiving your free volunteer ticket and merchandise pack, you do not complete all your agreed shifts (or the equivalent amount of hours if shift details change at last minute) your credit card will be charged the amount of a general entry ticket & merchandise pack. You'll know what your shifts are because you'll have agreed to them before the event. Your credit card details will be stored securely (tier-one PCI DSS compliant system) until the conclusion of the event and after this date will be erased from our system. No charge will be made if you complete all agreed hours.
