To allow you plenty of time to decide whether or not you are able to come in 2021, you can request a refund at any time up to 30 September 2020.
If you are no longer able to attend the 2021 Big Red Bash, please request a refund via OZTIX here.
Please allow 10 to 15 working days for this refund to be provided as OZTIX are working through refunds and changes to virtually every event they do ticketing for over the next few months. Please be patient and only follow OZTIX up after the 15 day period if you haven’t received a refund by then.
Please note that due to the current backlog of work from a large number of cancelled and postponed events all dealings with OZTIX during this time is by email only.
You can request a refund at any time up to 30 September (see questions above). If you request a refund you will receive your first two instalments back, excluding booking, processing and OZTIX Pay Over Time admin fees.
Please use the same process as explained under “How do I request a refund” to have your Pay Over Time tickets refunded.

If you are requesting a refund of your ticket and have paid for Booking Protect, the insurer is not providing a refund as they have been providing coverage under this policy since you purchased your ticket.
Booking Protect is an optional insurance product that you can take out at time of ticket purchase and is provided by a third party. Booking Protect does not provide any cover related to cancelled events. It only provides cover for a range of personal circumstances that may prevent you from attending the event as set out in their Terms & Conditions of the Booking Protect cover.
If you are retaining your ticket for 2021 and have paid for Booking Protect when you purchased your ticket then it remains valid and in place for the event in 2021 just as your ticket does.
Tickets for 2021 will be purchased through Oztix. We’ll post a link to purchase tickets on our website when they become available.
We expect the first round of 2021 tickets to go on sale in May 2020, with several “rounds” of tickets available between May and October 2020.
